Is Moving Abroad Necessary for a Healthy Lifestyle? Creating a ‘Pure Living Life’ Right Here in India

pure lifestyle, healthy living India, organic food habits, pollution free life, natural lifestyle, clean air India, sustainable family living

Recently, I read an article written by a gentleman who said that although he found everything he needed in India—career, comfort, culture and community—he couldn’t find clean air, pure lifestyle, and healthy food habits. Because of this, he moved to Bangkok in Malaysia.

It felt good that someone took health so seriously, but it also felt sad that he had to leave his own country for it.
Because when problems arise abroad, foreigners are the first to be sidelined.
But in our own country, even in tough times, people come together like family.

These types of stories have already shaped me to build my family’s healthy lifestyle, without leaving my land. Today, I’m sharing how—

Building a ‘Pure Lifestyle Home’ Away from the City Rush

I built a home slightly away from the city crowd—

Spacious rooms

A front lawn

A backyard to enjoy sunlight

Separate workspaces for everyone

The biggest issue people often mention is safety.
I found a unique solution—I expanded my family!

I invited my husband’s younger brother along with his family to live with us.
Now the children grow up together, the house feels warm and full, and safety concerns naturally disappeared.

I and my husband also created a separate room for a 24-hour staff member, who helps with work while maintaining complete privacy and security.

Pure Food, Homegrown Food: My Organic Kitchen Lifestyle

Most of the vegetables we eat grow in our own garden, also kitchen wastes go to garden back in form of compost.
For everything else, I created a clean, natural food system—

Wheat is bought raw, washed, sun-dried on the terrace, and then freshly milled.

We buy raw spices and make powder at home

Rice comes from a nearby village in large sacks.

Milk is collected fresh from a village dairy—right in front of me.

Ghee is made at home from this milk’s cream—about half a kilo every 15 days.

Reducing Pollution: Electric Vehicle + Solar Panels

We use an electric vehicle to cut pollution.

A personal charging point has been installed at home.

Our terrace has solar panels, reducing electricity bills significantly.
Since this house is a little far from town, the trees around give fresh air as well.

Balanced Living: Music Room, Exercise Room & Open Sunshine

To balance mental and physical well-being:

I have a dedicated music room for myself.

The children have a spacious exercise room.

There is an open terrace for sunlight and a refreshing green front lawn.

There is happiness, love, respect — and yes, to keep the evil eye away, we have a Nazar Battu too!

Just believe, it’s not a huge investment, it’s only a planned one…..

So tell me—
Is moving to Malaysia truly necessary for a healthy and peaceful life?
Or can we, with mindful choices, create our own Pure Lifestyle right here in India?
